Federal Bonding Program

The Federal Bonding Program provides individual fidelity bonds to employers for job applicants who are (or may be) denied coverage because of:

• record of arrest, conviction, or imprisonment
• history of alcohol or drug abuse
• lack of employment history
• dishonorable discharge

Each bond is for $5,000 coverage for a six-month duration. FBP coverage is provided at no cost to the employer or job applicant.
