The Advanced Manufacturing Institute (AMI) offers a full spectrum of resources to assist companies, entrepreneurs and university researchers in the development of manufactured products. AMI services include product design and engineering, manufacturing process development and technology development and commercialization.

AMI operates a full range of prototyping facilities and is playing a key role in expanding the wind industry supply chain. The center also hosts an internship program that provides students the opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and direct contact with industry.
